Delivery of goods by www.Qmax.bg
Orders are accepted 24 hours, 7 days of the week. Orders made up to 3 pm (Bulgarian time) of the same workday shall be processed on the same day. Orders made after 3 pm (Bulgarian time) shall be processed on the first workday after the day of the order (Saturday and Sunday as well as the official holidays in the Republic of Bulgaria are not working days on which orders are processed).
All products ordered from our online store are delivered via Speedy and Econt courier companies. Your orders can be shipped directly to your address or to courier’s local offices within Bulgaria. All goods with a manufacturer’s original packaging will be delivered sealed except those products which do not have such original brand packaging available. They will be deliver in plain bags or carton with all needed information for user’s needs.
Shipments on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
The delivery period to an address you have entered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is up to 2 (two) business days after dispatching from our warehouse. You will be notified about the specific day and time of delivery via a text message (SMS) to the contact mobile phone number you have entered, where this message will be sent directly by the shipping agent.
Delivery in Bulgaria can be done:
1.To the address provided by the consumer
2.To the office of the courier company whereby the delivery shall be done to the address submitted by the Consumer or to an office of the courier company in the respective populated area.
Shipments to Greece and Romania
The delivery period to an address you have entered on the territory of Creece and Romania is from 2 (two) to 4 (four) business days after dispatching from our warehouse. *For some remote areas and islands in Greece, the delivery time might be extended to 5 workdays.
Shipments to EU and EEA member states
Deliveries for others EU countries are made via DPD Economy. The delivery period to an address you have entered to other country within Europe is from 4 (four) to 6 (six) business days after dispatching from our warehouse. *For some remote areas and islands the delivery time might be extended to 8 (eight) workdays.
Shipments to non-European states
Delivery can be also made to non–European states. For deliveries to non-European countrys, please contact us at email@example.com
Any and all extra state and customs fees, if charged depending on the type, amount and value of the ordered items (products) by the local authorities in a foreign jurisdiction in case of orders placed outside the EU and the EEA, are not included in the price and shall be covered by the Consumer.
IMPORTANT: In case the Consumer fails to provide an access and conditions for the delivery of the goods to the address submitted within the time specified or fails to go to the office of the courier company submitted so as to receive in time the goods ordered should he/she have chosen that option the Qmax Solutions Ltd shall be exempted from the obligation to deliver the order within the time specified above whereas in the event of a repeated dispatching of the same delivery the consumer shall cover the costs of the courier service which shall not be refunded by the Qmax Solutions Ltd in the event of a withdrawal from the contract.
Terms & Conditions for a FREE delivery within Bulgaria
For registered and not registered users – all online orders below 200 BGN (VAT incl.) will have a shipping cost automatic calculation based on total weight of purchased products. All customers in our store are be able to check the exact amount of shipping cost for their parcels right before check out.
Only for registered users- all online orders over 200 BGN (VAT incl.) have the option for FREE economy (standard) delivery with Speedy within Bulgaria.
How does shipping cost is calculated?
Qmax.bg works with automated integrated system for shipping cost calculation for all online orders based on product’s weight, total weight of your parcel and delivery address within Bulgaria and EU countries.
The shipping cost shall be covered by the customer.

Qmax Solutions is working with Speedy delivery company when organizing all online orders’shipment for Bulgaria and European countries. But if you want to send your parcel with another courier company or you have other special requirements regarding delivery for your products, you can always let us know your preference by using the text box: “Special instructions?” during checkout.
You need to do the following:On section Checkout details after billing & shipping details fill in the “Special instructions” field. In the text box add all the necessary information including name courier company you want to use and other additional information you require us to keep in mind before shipment. Note that after finalizing your order our staff will contact you by phone for feedback and confirmation and in case we need any further clarification.
