We stands behind the quality of its products and services we provides you and knows that our customer’s time is precious. This is why we try our best when a return/refund or an exchange is needed for our online shoppers. If you changed your mind and want to return your purchased product/s or maybe if they don’t meet your requirements and expectations or if you find any problems or defects, as well as if you have any other reason not listed here, you can apply for a return up to 14 calendar days after you received your product/s.

How can I return an item or reclaim?

Before returning goods or reclaiming, make sure you still have the document of purchase and then follow the steps. A copy of invoice will be a useful to be included in with your Return form as this will help us proceed faster with your complain.

Step 1. Fill our Return form listed here and make sure that item/s you would like to return meet all returns conditions.

Step 2. After we receive your filled Return form our staff will contact you via email where you will find a copy of your compaint with a reference number as well as detailed instructions for sending back purchased item/s to us. If it is needed our staff can contact you by phone for additional information.

NOTE! Please keep in mind that:

  • When you request a return of product/s, you will be required to cover all transportation cost assosiated with your return.
  • After we receive and check your return and if problem is from us or our suppliers’ side, we will refund your transport cost via bank transfer.

Step 3. Once your return is received by our staff, we will check and inspect your complain and contact you for further actions on how to proceed. You can choose a new product, an exchange or a refund. 

Have you changed your mind?

If the goods are being refunded within 14 calendar days of the purchase, you may return the goods provided they have not been used and are in the original packaging with all their parts, promotional items and instructions for use.
Some items, however, are excluded from these rules. Such as anything custom made to your demands and specifications or items that had to be altered.
In this case, the shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How you deal with it if you receive a defective or damaged product?

If you have received a defected or otherwise damaged product, please get in touch with us by phone or email as indicated in the General Terms and Conditions section. We are ready to cover all transportation cost and your purchase price or we can provide you with a replacement product. The choice is yours. We will make every effort to resolve the problem in a friendly manner and within the shortest period possible. 

Was the product damaged during shipping?

  • If you receive a package containing damaged goods, you should inform us without unnecessary delays within at best 24 hours but no later than two (2) business days from the delivery date.
  • We will arrange the collection of the damaged goods and then exchange them. It is important to know for your security that we will replace your goods in such cases without any cost for you.
  • If you have used the item damaged during shipping, we presume, that you have accepted the goods as fully functional and thus are not eligible for the repair or exchange of the goods.

NOTE! For products which are damaged during transportation ask the courier to form a bilateral protocol describing the damages in your presence and keep a copy for yourself. Without this document your claims may not be processed!! Then contact us to clarify the next steps. 

Did you receive an incorrect product?

  • If the content of the delivery differs from what you expected or differs from the goods listed in the invoice, inform us as soon as possible or within the first two (2) days of delivery.
  • We will assist you with the return of goods and arrange the exchange or return of incorrect product and full refund.
